Heat shrink trans joint addkit
The additional kit is used together with the 1 kV joint kit SJK for jointing of belted paper insulated, lead sheathed, steel tape armoured 3 core cables (e.g. PLKVJ). The kit is also suitable for transition from paper insulated cable to plastic insulated.The kit includes three heat shrink tubes for protection of the paper insulation, a heat shrink breakout, a braid of tinned copper wires for jointing the lead sheaths and armours.
